Downtown Sioux Falls is full of unique shops, enticing restaurants and heavenly bakeries.  Who would've thought that along Phillips Avenue there would be one of America's best bakeries.  CH Patisserie was recently named one of the Top 75 bakeries in America.

The Daily Meal compiled a list of the Top 75 Bakeries in  America.  CH Patisserie came in at number 57 on that list.  According to the article:

CH Patisserie, located in Sioux Falls, S.D. is overflowing with delicious options that will satisfy any sweet tooth. Each day, this must-try pastry shop delights customers with daily specials on their French macarons, tarts, and cookies in a wide range of seasonal flavors. Chocolate bonbons are even making an appearance soon, adding only to the already impressive pastry menu.

The European bakery is just a few doors down from Minerva's at 320 S. Phillips Avenue.

The bakery offers french macarons, truffles, brownies, croissants and so much more. You have to try the chocolate croissant.  It is melt in your mouth yummy!   Everything in their display case is perfectly constructed.  Remember, we eat with our eyes first. Trust me, you'll want to lick the glass - but don't, they frown on that.
