A Sioux Falls woman died Sunday evening and two other people were injured when they were struck by a van, and the driver is in jail.

Police were called at 5:43 pm to the Salvation Army, at First Street and Cliff Avenue. Officer Sam Clemens says the crash happened as a van going north on Cliff turned to go into a parking lot:

The 43-year-old woman died and the others were injured, but police say the injuries are not life-threatening. Their names have not been released.

The driver, 47-year-old Lois Faye Two Bulls of Sioux Falls, is charged with second-degree manslaughter, no driver's license, no insurance and a seat belt violation.
