You can keep the raise, just give me a group of co-workers I actually like. That is how most Americans feel these days.

According to a new survey, there are three things more important at work than how much money we make. They are; working with people we actually like, how long our commute is, and whether or not we enjoy our job.

To show you how strongly we feel about the matter, 80% of people said they would rather have decent people to work with than get a bump in their paycheck each year.

Meanwhile, only 15% of people said they hate their current job. When asked why, they were less likely to complain about their salary, and more likely to say that they feel unfulfilled or unappreciated by their boss.
