Phillips Avenue Closed For Fire Call

Sioux Falls Fire Rescue was dispatched to the 300 Block of South Phillips Avenue on June 5, 2015 at approximately 11:00 AM, with reports of smoke coming from businesses including Lot 2029 and Touch of Europe.  Crews shut down between 11th and 13th Street.  A malfunctioning fan had overheated and melted plastic, causing the smoke.
