Boy it's been a tough week for TV shows. "Storage Wars" is being sued by a former star. A cast member from "Moonshiners" arrested for public intoxication. And now former "Price Is Right" model and hotty Brandi Cochran filed a lawsuit against "The Price is Right" back in 2010 for discrimination. She was awarded $8.5 million big ones. But not so fast. A judge in California threw out the $8.5 million because he said the jury was not properly instructed before it’s decision. The lawsuit against "The Price Is Right" was filed when Cochran tried to go back to work after maternity leave. Cochran claimed she was treated her poorly after pregnancy, commented on her weight gain, and then decided not to rehire her.  According to Inquisitr.com:

The jury initially ruled in Cochran’s favor and awarded her $8.5 million. But Chochran may have only won her lawsuit due to the fact that the jury was not properly instructed before they deliberated. Judge Kevin Brazile instructed the jury that they had to decide if discrimination was a “motivating factor” for determination. Brazile should have said a “substantial motivating factor” for termination. Brazile wrote: “Given this central dispute, the failure to give the proper instruction regarding substantial factor cannot be considered harmless, and a new trial must be granted.”

There will be a retrial later this month. After much research I've concluded that Brandi knows how to sit on a boat and look pretty just fine. Your thoughts?
