Proof You’re Never Too Old to Learn Something New

At the age of 75, Jim Edwards of Murfreesboro, Tennessee is ready for his next career - as a lawyer.

Edwards recently earned a degree from the Nashville School of Law, and is now studying for the bar exam.

Edwards says after he sold his insurance company in 2009, he had a lot of extra time on his hands.

So, with the encouragement of his wife, he decided to start taking classes at a community college, which then led him to law school.

Since graduating, Edwards has been volunteering with a local legal aid office, saying "helping others is now his calling."
