Bill Cosby's former co-star Raven-Symone has taken to Instagram to refute claims that she was sexually assaulted by the comedian.

"I was NOT taking advantage of by Mr. Cosby when I was on the Cosby Show!" she captioned an Instagram photo of her from the show. "I was practically a baby on that show and this is truly a disgusting rumor that I want no part of! Everyone on that show treated me with nothing but kindness. Now keep me out of this!"

Rumors that the actress -- who played Cosby's precocious step-granddaughter Olivia on 'The Cosby Show' -- all stemmed from a disturbing, fake article on Hip Hop Hangover, a site which bills itself as a "gossip parody and satirical publication and for entertainment purposes only."

The article, titled "Raven-Symone Files Molestation Charges Against Bill Cosby," alleged that the actress revealed she had "been raped and drugged years ago following the show's last episode." The piece also included a fake quote from her lawyer.

According to VICE, more than 15 women have come forward with allegations that Bill Cosby drugged and raped them. In the wake of such allegations, TV Land has pulled re-runs of 'The Cosby Show' from its network and NBC has dropped a television show deal with the veteran actor.
