Redbox Prices Will Increase December 2.

There's no denying that Redbox has the best price for a new release DVD, and even after their increase on December 2, they'll still have the best price on rentals.

According to the Redbox website:

 Starting December 2, the price for DVDs will increase 30¢ to $1.50 a day, and the price for Blu-ray™ Discs will increase 50¢ to $2 a day. Starting January 6, the price for video games will increase $1 to $3 a day.

They go on to say that the changes will allow them to include more personalized recommendations and deals.

This is only the second time in 12 years that Redbox has raised the price of DVD rentals and the first time it has raised the price of Blu-ray and video game rentals.
