Reese Witherspoon Arrest [VIDEO]

When Reese Witherspoon was nabbed for disorderly conduct after getting mouthy with a cop during husband Jim Toth’s DUI arrest, there was lots of talk about what, exactly, she told the arresting officer.  Finally the dash cam tape is here!  TMZ got access to the video that shows Toth being dealt with, Reese interjecting, and the (sorta overzealous) cop leading her away with arms behind her back.  Reese, admittedly drunk, would not stop pestering the officer with statements like “I’m an American citizen!” and “I’m allowed to stand on American ground!”  After the cop got fed up, Reese made a point to repeat everything he said back to him in the form of a question. Police love that.
