Rick is no stranger to playing Sioux Falls.  In fact, as Rick Dees pointed out in this intro of Rick from the TV show 'Solid Gold' in 1984, the singer, best known for the #1 song 'Jessie's Girl', has had a real affinity for the state of South Dakota for a long time:

It's been two decades or so since Rick last played in South Dakota's largest city, but he returns Friday night, sharing the bill with Dee Snider of Twisted Sister, Tom Kiefer of Cinderella, and Stephen Pearcy of Ratt.
