Ring in the New Year With a Bang

For the second year in a row, people in South Dakota may legally purchase fireworks for their New Year's Eve celebrations.

Officials are still warning that dry conditions still exist and the same rules apply when lighting pyrotechnics: Open areas and outside of city limits.
