Roosevelt High School Teacher Suspected of Taking Photos Up Women’s Skirts

Sioux Falls Police Officer Sam Clemens says a teacher at Roosevelt High School is suspected of taking photos up women's skirts.

Clemens says 35-year-old Dallas Wilkinson of Sioux Falls faces misdemeanor charges.

Clemens says police first received a call on June 25 from the Hy-Vee Store on South Minnesota Avenue.

"Employees reported seeing a man with a shoe camera looking up a woman's skirt. Reviewing video helped a store manager identify a suspect and get a license plate number for police."

Clemens says police have not found evidence involving juveniles.

Wilkinson posted bond on Friday.
