Shots Fired at Sioux Falls Home

The sound of gunfire broke the silence in a Sioux Falls neighborhood early Sunday morning.

According to police, the incident happened just before 3:00 AM on Sunday April 10, 2016:

The Sioux Falls Police Department responded to a weapons violation in the area of W. 9^th St. and N. Covell Ave. On arrival, evidence reflected that shots had been fired directly at a residence, which was occupied at the time.

Police say there were no injuries and they continue investigating the matter.
