Sioux Falls Celebrating Chanukah with Community Menorah Lighting

The Chabad Jewish Center of South Dakota will celebrate Chanukah with a community Menorah lighting at the Washington Pavilion Wednesday December 28.

Sioux Falls mayor Mike Huther will join Rabbi Mendel Alperowitz for the community celebration. Rabbi Alperowitz recently relocated to Sioux Falls, becoming the state's first full time rabbi in several decades.

Wednesday is the fifth night of Chanukah 2016.
