The most popular sandwich in the world is going to be made a little different. That sounds a little risky.

We are talking about the one and only Big Mac. Seeing how McDonald's is the world's largest hamburger chain, and the Big Mac is their signature sandwich, I believe I'm safe giving it the title I did.

Before we talk about the change coming soon, let's say together what we should know by heart, "Two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun."

Now here's the news. McDonald's is going to offer two new variations of the Big Mac all across the country in 2017. You can have a Grand Mac or for the smaller eater, a Mac Jr.

The Mac Jr. is a single-layer Big Mac that’s easier to eat on the go. The Grand Mac is made with two beef patties for a total of one-third pound and it comes on a larger bun.

Can the world change any more I wonder? Now we are revamping the Big Mac. The good news is, the original version will remain available for those of us who can't let go.

By the way, if you were wondering how long the Big Macs have been around, I believe they are mentioned in The Bible. Well, not really. They were created in 1967.
