Sioux Falls Hostage Negotiator Talks About the School Shooting [VIDEO]

Veteran Sioux Falls police officer and hostage negotiator Bret Hamlyn says the Friday school shooting impacts many lives, including the police first responders to the school.

Bret, in the attached video, says there was no way to prepare for the tragedy.  "A lot of times, we have the ability to know what we're being involved in.  But, that wasn't the case in the school shootings. My hope is that get the help they need."
