Sioux Falls Man Beats Brother With Tire Iron

A 30-year old Sioux Falls man is in jail on domestic assault charges after hitting his brother in the face with a piece of wood and breaking his arm with a tire iron.

Lindsey Jordan Chasing Horse was arrested in the 900 block of South Melrose Place on the west side of Sioux Falls early Saturday morning.

Chasing Horse gave his 26-year old brother a ride home after a night of drinking with the younger brother's girlfriend. Chasing Horse was upset with his brother because of the girlfriend and hit him in the face with a piece of wood before breaking his brother's arm with a tire iron, which he also used to break two house windows.
