Sioux Falls Man 'Moons' Woman, Faces Indecent Exposure Charges

Sioux Falls police arrested a man after he allegedly exposed himself to a woman near a downtown bar early Sunday morning.

"We had a woman who was walking along and a guy came up. He apparently wanted to fight her. He then pulled down his pants down to his knees and showed his rear end to her. She ended up calling police," explained Sioux Falls Police Spokesman Sam Clemens.

"The man went to a parking lot nearby. Officers found him. After a bit of a struggle, they were able to arrest him for indecent exposure and resisting arrest."

Clemens identified the suspect as 26-year-old Matthew Fredrickson of Sioux Falls.
