Sioux Falls Plows Hitting The Streets Overnight. Please Don’t Park on Residential Streets For Next 24 Hours

Snow plows had to be pulled off the roads Thursday afternoon due to zero visibility at times, but Sioux Falls snow plows will hit the streets after 1am to start clearing the roads from all the drifting today.

No snow alerts will be issued and no tickets will be issued. But the city is asking people to not park on residential streets for the next 24 hours.

Sioux Falls Street/Fleet Operations Manager Galynn Huber says "Our goal is to make sure the streets are safe for the traveling public."
