Sioux Falls Police Information Officer Sam Clemens says authorities are awaiting an autopsy report in connection with an unattended death of a 50 year-old woman.

"At this point in time we're trying to figure out what happened. It's not necessarily anything unusual. We do have a lot of unattended deaths in Sioux Falls. Depending on the circumstances determines how we investigate each of the cases. In this situation we're really not sure how this woman died. Our office is working with the coroner's office and awaiting results on the autopsy."

Clemens, who identified the Sioux Falls woman as Nancy Flack of Sioux Falls, says detectives are focusing on the factors leading up to her death.

The autopsy report might take up to several weeks to complete.
