Six people are charged after agents of the Sioux Falls Area Drug Task Force served a warrant at a house in the 1000 block of North Van Eps Avenue on December 2nd.

Officer Sam Clemens says a father and son who live in the house were arrested along with four people who were in a car in the driveway.

He says detectives found "quite a bit" of methamphetamine in the house, approximately 26 grams, along with cash, marijuana and paraphernalia.

Clemens says 22-year-old Corey Lee Thomas and his father, 46-year-old Howard Lee Thomas, who live in the house, are both facing charges that include possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession and violation of a drug-free zone.

Clemens says the people in the car in the driveway were identified as 21-year-old Brittany LaFramboise of Sioux Falls, 22-year-old Angellya Anthony of Oacoma, 26-year-old Aaron Babb of Sioux Falls and 25-year-old Timothy Lawrence of Sioux Falls.

The charges against all four include, among others, possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession and violation of a drug-free zone.

The house is in a drug-free zone because of its proximity to Joe Foss School.
