I'm not sure how the towels will stay on during all the rides, but like the quote from the movie Field of Dreams: "If you build it they will come".

According to Cosmopolitan:

The Mayor of Beppu home of some Japans most famous hot springs took to social media to share a quirky video of a hypothetical "spa-musement park."

At first the video appears to be all in fun, but a promise is made at the end of the video that if they reach over 1 million views this idea could happen.

The video reached the million view mark in under a week.
