Suburban Lanes Bowling Center to Become Part of GreatLIFE in 2016

GreatLife members, time to dust off your bowling ball. You can add Suburban Bowl to the list of things that are now part of GreatLIFE here in the Sioux Empire.

GreatLIFE Malaska Health and Fitness Club has agreed to purchase Suburban Lanes, bowling alley in Sioux Falls, the announcement was made on Wednesday, December 16, 2015.

Ownership is expected to take place in early 2016. The bowling alley can expect to get a facelift starting in the summer.

According to GreatLIFE CEO/Chairman Thomas P. Walsh, Sr., “Bowling is a family lifetime sport and it fits right into the GreatLIFE vision. This sport is going through the same challenges as golf. The cost of an afternoon spent at the golf course or the bowling alley can get expensive for many families. At GreatLIFE, we’re hoping to change that.”

GreatLIFE has also partnered with Empire Bowl to offer discounted bowling to all GreatLIFE members.

GreatLIFE members hoping to sneak a little bowling in over the holidays will get their wish. 

GreatLIFE’s 21,000 members will begin to receive free bowling at both Suburban Bowl and Empire Bowl starting Monday, December 21.

Members will also bowl free Monday through Thursday from open to 6 P.M.; get two free hours of family bowling on Sunday and Monday nights; and can take advantage of free bowling clinics from 4-6 P.M. on Thursday from Labor Day through May 31.

Starting June 1 through Labor Day, members can enjoy two free games a day: Monday through Thursday from open to 7 P.M.; Friday from open to 5 P.M.; and Sunday from noon to 4 P.M.
