Just last month, a Brandon teenager attempted suicide.  Luckily, his mother found him and he was rushed to the hospital and survived.  Many other teens facing issues in their lives have not been as fortunate.  What could you have done?  What could you have said?  Were there signs that were missed?

Teen suicides are on the rise in and around Sioux Falls.  Have you ever wondered how to talk with your teen about what they're thinking?

Dawson McAllister hosts a radio show and has spoken to millions of teenagers and young adults about daily struggles.  McAllister created TheHopeLine, an off-air call center where one-on-one conversations take place between a caller who is in need of answers or help and a trusted HopeCoach that is ready to listen and chat privately about your issue.

Dawson McAllister is coming to Sioux Falls on Tuesday, November 18 at 7pm at Jeschke Auditorium on the University of Sioux Falls campus.  The event is free and open to the public.

If there was something you could do, something you could say that would prevent another suicide, that would stop another child from self-harming, that would stop bullying - wouldn't you want to know?

Come, hear Dawson speak and get help for your teen, you and your family.
