Suites at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center Sell Out in Three Days

SIOUX FALLS - The City of Sioux Falls has announced the 18 private luxury suites in the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center recently offered for sale have officially sold out.

Darrin Smith, the city's Director of Community Development, says selling the suites in three business days is, in his words, "just an incredible statement of support by the entire community. "

But Smith says there is more to come with the new facility, calling the sale of the suites "just the tip of the iceberg."

And Benham Wrigley of Legends Sales and Marketing says it's the fastest selling out of luxury suites he's seen in eighteen years in the industry.

Wrigley says he expects the demand to continue after the doors of the facility open in the fall of 2014.
