The South Dakota Supreme Court will hold its October term at the University of Sioux Falls.

Chief Justice David Gilbertson says the justices will hear oral arguments on three cases each morning on October 6th, 7th and 8th.

Each day's session begins at 9am in the Jeschke Fine Arts Center on the USF campus, and the public is invited to attend.

Gilbertson says the Court will also consider several non-oral cases.
