The City of Sioux Falls Affordable Housing Division will hold two public hearings on Wednesday May 16, 2018 at 2:30 PM and 5:30 PM at the Downtown Library.

Sioux Falls City Officials announced on December 13th that construction projects will be starting on four affordable housing projects in the city, resulting in 129 new available units available to those who qualify.

It's a program called Bulldoze, Build and Beautify. The whole concept of tearing down old structures to build new ones had me a little nervous.

Leadership at the Glory House in Sioux Falls have come up with a "Glorious" idea to help with the Sioux Falls affordable housing issue, assist in lowering the recidivism rate from our prison and jail, and deal with the sensitive issue of housing for sex offenders.

The city of Sioux Falls has plans to build another affordable housing project by the spring of 2017.
