Tap dancing is a skill that can take a lifetime to master! This video has been making the rounds once again. Filmed back in 2011, seven-year old Luke Spring was performing at the D.C. Tap Festival. Watch as youngster and seasoned professional/mentor Justin M. Lewis perform a tap dance routine.
