Here's another opportunity to open up your heart, your pocket book, and your mouth as another Sioux Falls restaurant does their part to help out the families affected by the Copper Lounge building collapse.

Monday, December 12 (2016) from 4 PM to 10 PM, the Texas Roadhouse near the Empire Mall will be donating 20% of their sales that day to the families of Ethan McMahon and Emily Fodness.

Ethan was the construction worker that tragically lost his life during the collapse and Emily is the young woman who was home inside her families apartment above the Copper Lounge at the time of the collapse.

Emily and her dog, Nova, were rescued by firefighters and first responders after being trapped for over 3 hours beneath the debris. Ethan's body was discovered by emergency crews after seven hours of digging through debris in the cold.

Both families need all of our prayers and support as they deal with the aftermath of this tragic event that has struck our community.

Some of the heroes from the day of the collapse will also be on hand that night, as a few local firefighters and emergency crew members will be at the Texas Roadhouse taking part in the fundraising event. You can stop by and show your appreciation for them.

If you don't feel like dining or are unable to dine that day, you can still show your support by stopping by Texas Roadhouse at 4307 West Empire Place to drop off a donation for the McMahon and Fodness families.

Don't forget that special GoFundMe accounts have been set up for the McMahon and Fodness families too.

As we find out about even more fundraising events for the two families in the days to come, we will continue to pass that information along both online and on-air on every Results Radio station.
