The employees at the Golden Coin Casino on West Russell Street in Sioux Falls are quickly becoming familiar with being held up these days. The casino was robbed again on Thanksgiving Day, the second time there's been an armed robbery at the Golden Coin in the past two months.

KDLT TV is reporting that a man entered the casino around 9:45 on Thursday morning brandishing a long-barreled handgun demanding money.

According to authorities, the man left the casino with an undetermined amount cash. Witnesses in the area at the time of the robbery said they saw a purple or maroon PT Cruiser leaving at a high rate of speed a short time later.

The suspect is described as a tall white male, with a slender build. The clerk at the casino said he was wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans, black boots, a navy colored bandanna over his face and gloves.

Police say no one was injured as a result of the incident. The investigation continues.
