I doubt you would find many analysts that would agree with this prognosis to dealing with your problems. But according to new research out of the University of Toronto, the best way to handle a problem is to run away from it!

Great news for all the cowards out there! Little did they know they've been doing it right all along.

The study showed the best way to cope with all the stress associated with your everyday problems is to run...runaway as fast as you can!

Or in other words, become a spine-less jellyfish and do the exact opposite of what you've been taught all your life.

Researchers found that people with problems were much happier when they found ways to distract themselves from issues, instead of confronting them head-on.

"If you can ignore your stress, it won't affect how you enjoy the other aspects of your life" according to researchers.

It appears putting a little distance between you and your problems can actually help you figure out the best course of action to take to finding the proper solution for them.

But, keep in mind, you can't run forever! You must eventually solve the problem at some point.

While researchers say avoiding your problems can be a good thing for a little while, ignoring them completely and never dealing with them will only make things worse.

So unfortunately you can't ignore your problems away by cowering in the closet forever. Sooner or later you will need to man-up, take the bull by the horns and address whatever is causing you stress in your life.
