including during the evening commute on Monday. Damage to
trees and power lines is possible. Total snow accumulations of
1 to 3 inches are expected.

  South Dakota and southwest Minnesota.

* WHEN...From 9 AM to 8 PM CST Monday, with conditions near and
east of Interstate 29 worsening during the afternoon and early
  evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
times due to falling and some blowing snow. Winds gusting to 45
to 50 mph could produce some brief near blizzard conditions in
open areas. Significant drifting snow is also likely.
