Don't fear the word Yoga! This move will really help if you're one that has a job where you are required to sit for long periods of time at a computer.

Popular on YouTube, Phoenyx Austin specializes in sports medicine, and she says there's one stretch you should be doing at work every day if you have a desk job.

No need to go out and buy the whole Yoga outfit just for this!

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and angled out a little bit
  2. Keep your back as straight as possible
  3. Slowly bend your knees, and squat down as low as you can without lifting your heels off the ground
  4. Put your hands together like you're praying, and press your elbows against the insides of your knees

Apparently it's good because it strengthens your legs . . . opens your hips . . . stretches your Achilles and your groin at the same time . . . and can help with lower back pain.
