When Elton John arrives in Sioux Falls for his October 2nd, concert at the Denny Sanford Premier Center, I think it's safe to say Elton is okay with fans waving their hands in the air.

Check this out - Elton showed his temper at Sunday's show in Gloucester, England, calling out an usher for trying to stop fans from waving their arms!

Elton shouted from behind his piano for the ushers to "lighten up," adding, "These people have come here to hear music, so if they want to put their hands in the air, let them."

Elton actually singled out one female employee, telling her, "You put a uniform on and you think you're Hitler -- well, you're not." Ouch.

Elton quickly backtracked.

Whoever told the stewards to be that strict, that's their fault and not hers, and I apologize and I will be willing to apologize to her face." The female usher was promptly brought onstage, where Elton gave her a hug and sat her on his piano bench, and told her, "No one should ever talk to a lady like that. I'm very, very apologetic."

This isn't a piano recital. This is Elton freaking John. When he takes the stage at the Denny Sanford Premier Center, there is going to be a lot of energy. I think it's okay to wave your arms, stand, cheer, applaud, and dance to your heart's desire - and after seeing the video of the incident posted below by Youtuber David Leopold, I think Elton wants you to enjoys yourself.
