Today the spotlight is on Clam Chowder.

That rich broth made from clams, onion and potato. How do you like yours?

If you come to my house and expect to have soup for dinner, first question to you would be what kind?  At any given time, between the two deep freezers, we will have containers of homemade chili, vegetable beef n barley, chicken soup, white-chicken chili, clam chowder or even ham n bean.

I know, it may be old fashioned, but there's nothing better than made from scratch anything.  Especially soup!
