Have you ever experienced the the horrible event of only hearing from job superiors when they are telling you about some little thing you've done wrong?

My question for them is, "Have you been able to possibly notice the last 100 things we did right, or can you only see the one little mistake?"

Now you know what I'm talking about. The thing that they don't know is, for every complaint, it wouldn't hurt to find one compliment.

Well it's their loss. Yes, it's their respect that gets lost. Now that we've identified that, let's factor it into our personal life.

If you want a happy and lasting relationship, the real key to success is showing gratitude. In other words, don't find fault with your partner, instead express the good you see.

Don't make things difficult here, keep it very simple. The absolute best way to express gratitude is by simply using the two little words, "Thank You."

And I'm talking about using them regularly. Studies have found that the power in the words "thank you", can change a relationship.
