Victims in Fatal Sioux Falls Motorcycle Accident Identified
Lieutenant Jerome Miller says the man who was killed was identified as 23-year-old Jacob Huggett of Long Prairie, Minnesota. Huggett was driving the motorcycle that crashed into a chain-link fence at 26th Street and Kiwanis Avenue shortly before 3:00 a.m. Tuesday.
The passenger on the motorcycle is identified as 20-year-old Tobben Aeschliman of Sioux Falls. His injuries were not life-threatening, but Miller did not have an update on his condition. Miller says the investigation into the crash is on-going.

Miller said Tuesday that Huggett was pronounced dead at the scene, and Aeschliman was taken to a hospital.
Neither man was wearing a helmet.
