West 41st Street in Sioux Falls Closer to Completion

November is the expected finishing time for this huge project and it may be almost closer to Thanksgiving than Election Day for this west side street upgrade.  

The intersection at 41st Street and Ellis Road has been closed since Labor Day and will not be ready for at least a week and maybe two.  Unfortunately, that means a trip to the landfill west of the city will still constitute the usage of Highway 42 (12th Street) for most garbage haulers and private citizens.

Place your bets now on how soon the road will be ready after watching the latest drive through.
