What Happens if you Pee in the Aisles of a Sioux Falls Store?

Apparently nobody told this guy from Los Angeles that we don't allow you to take a leak all over store merchandise in Sioux Falls.  This guy did not create any "Aisles of Smiles".

According to KSFY TV:

A Los Angeles man was arrested at a Sioux Falls gas station for destroying property and public indecency.  Police responded to 501 N. Minnesota Ave. around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday after clerks called for a disorderly subject. Officers found a man relieving himself on water bottles. He was arrested for public indecency, disorderly conduct and third degree intentional damage to property.

I wonder just who has to clean this mess up?
