Winter Weather Returns to South Dakota

It's been a crazy late fall. We've had beautiful conditions early, and now we seem to be playing a bit of catch up.

As of 6:30 AM Tuesday morning, listeners were reporting bridges icing up and roads just starting to become slick. And it's more than just roads that are slippery.
