Women in the Outdoors Adventure

I was invited to a really fun event this Saturday. And although I don’t think I’ll be able to attend, I think other women would love it, so I’m going to spread the word!

Andrea Finch gave us the scoop on the event they have coming up this weekend for women and kids. It is the 2013 Women in the Outdoors Adventure at Hunter’s Pointe in Humboldt, from 9:30 am to 5 p.m. Hunter’s Pointe is one of the Midwest’s premier shooting facilities. (45743 260^th Street is the physical address).

There will be fun activities all day long!  Here is the agenda:

• Registration - 9:30 to 10:00 a.m.
• Classes & seminars – 10:00 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Including:

Dutch Oven Cooking              Self defense

Fishing                                    Archery

Shotgun training/shooting       Sporting clays

Pistol training/shooting

Lunch - from noon to 1 p.m.

Raffle and door prizes - from 3 to 3:30 p.m.

Vendor fair & wine tasting - from 3:30 to 5 p.m.
