According to KSFY TV murder suspect, Manuel Frias was arrested Tuesday night in Sioux City. United States Marshals surrounded Frias at a location on East 20th Street in South Sioux City. After a 2 hour standoff, he was arrested without incident. His arrest ends a nearly two-week manhunt following the shooting deaths of Samuel Crockett and Corey Zephier.

Frias is being housed in the Dakota County jail in anticipation of his extradition back to Sioux Falls. He is facing first degree murder charges.

Maria LeClaire, the other suspect in connection with the double homicide, was arrested Thursday near Red Wing, Minnesota. She was extradited to South Dakota on Saturday and is being held on a $500,000 bond for attempted robbery charge
