As summer creeps into the Sioux Empire, soon it'll be time to find a place to cool off. Sioux Falls has great public pools and a fun spray park.

Pools in Sioux Falls open May 27 (if the weather cooperates). Pools are open from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 6:30 PM to 9PM.

It costs $3.00 for kids 2 to 17 and $4.00 for adults. The Spray Park and the wading pools at Frank Olson, Kuehn and McKennan are free.

Also, you can go here for info about swimming lessons and here for info about swim passes.
