Bill Cosby has been ordered by a Los Angeles judge to give a deposition in accordance with a civil suit brought against him for sexual abuse.

According to a report from the BBC, Judith Hill filed the civil suit against Cosby, claiming he molested her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974 when she was 15 years old. Cosby has denied accusations that he plied her with alcohol and sexually assaulted her, but a judge has ordered him to answer questions from Huth’s lawyer on October 9. Huth will then give her own deposition the following week.

Huth claims she and a 16-year-old friend met Cosby at a San Marino park. She alleges he then offered her alcohol and brought her to the Playboy Mansion where he reportedly attacked her.

Gloria Allred, Huth's attorney, released a statement saying (via Entertainment Weekly), “We are pleased that we will now be able to move ahead without further delay on Ms. Huth’s case, and we look forward to taking Mr. Cosby’s deposition on Oct. 9, 2015.”

The order follows the recent release of a deposition from another sexual abuse case Cosby faced back in 2005. At the time, the actor admitted to obtaining Quaaludes and sedatives in order to give them to women he wanted to have sex with. Cosby also admitted to giving them to at least one woman.

More than 40 women have come forward and accused Cosby of sexual abuse or rape, dating back to the '60s, but Cosby has yet to be officially charged in a criminal court as the majority of these cases have surpassed the statute of limitations. Huth's civil charges, however, can continue because she was a minor when the alleged incident took place.

Cosby continues to denies the allegations made against him.
