CATCH Awarding Scholarships for Vaping Prevention Projects

CATCH (Coordinated Approach to Child Health) is an organization that evolved from the largest school-based health promotion study ever done in the U.S. back in 1988. Since then CATCH has created community health programs serving children in 10,000 schools and communities across the country.

CATCH programs are used across the U.S., Canada, and Ecuador, to educate children, families, and communities about life-changing health issues, including nutrition, obesity, exercise, sun safety, smoking, vaping, and more.

The Catch My Breath Student Learning Project is currently accepting digital service projects on the prevention of youth vaping and will be awarding three college scholarships to the top three projects.

• Gold Scholarship - $2500
• Silver Scholarship - $1500
• Bronze Scholarship - $1000

Projects will be judged on creativity, impact, and reach and must be submitted by 5 PM on Friday, May 19, using the CATCH reporting form which can be found at CATCH Service Projects online.
