Would you fork out $35,000 to $45,000 a year for a luxury suite at the Denny Sanfore Premier Center? I sure the heck would! Except then I'd have to explain to the wife why I sold the house and we are living in a box by the Big Sioux. But hey, if you can swing it, why not! Freekin' cool!

According to Community Development director Darrin Smith; "These suites are going to be unlike anything Sioux Falls has ever had. We do expect very strong demand for these suites and they will be sold on a first come, first serve basis".

Every DSPC suite is going to be 450 square feet. Each suite includes 12 tickets to all events, a bar, large flat screen TV, refrigerator, lounge access, VIP parking and an elevator to the premium level, 6 puppies, and a handful of kittens. Ok, no puppies or kittens, but the rest is true.

"You will have the ability to have your own art, put up a business logo, tastefully decorate your own suite. Of course SMG will have the final approval on how you decorate," Ryan Querry with Legends Sales & Marketing said.

The luxury suites are going to help fulfill a promise the city made to taxpayers. And two have already been sold to Sanford and First Premier.

If you want to get one before they are gone you can reserve your suite by calling Ryan Querry with Legends Sales & Marketing at 605-367-4102.

Anyone wanna pool our cash together and pick one up? If say, 45,000 of us would give a buck a piece we could buy us one! I get it on Fridays!
