Explosion Near Wagner Kills Two

Authorities continue to investigate a home explosion that occurred on Wednesday north of Wagner, South Dakota on tribal land at the Wagner North Housing development which is located 1.5 miles north of Wagner.

As KSFY TV reports that two people were found dead in the home.  An adult woman and a child died. Two other individuals were also reported injured and taken to a Sioux Falls hospital. Officials have not released the names of any that were involved in the explosion.

According to KSFY, the cause of the explosion is still under investigation. Police initially said they suspect it was caused by a propane link.
