Another Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race had to be delayed to a Monday due to weather. Last time it was a Virginia event that completely got postponed from Sunday to Monday because of snow.

This time it was rain that stopped the race on Sunday (April 15) near the half way point at Bristol Motor Speedway in Tennessee. The on track action picked up right where it left off, when the race resumed the next day on Monday.

Kyle Larson was leading at the time the race was halted. He would eventually settle for second place at the checkered flag on Monday. He came in only a little over a half second behind the winner for close finish.

The win went to Kyle Busch. This makes it two victories in a row for Busch.

For Larson, there has to be frustration. He led 200 laps at Bristol and didn't get the win. And it's his second runner up in eight races this year.

A little bump and run on behalf of Busch. Larson's car was not handling 100 percent over the final 22 laps.

Three different drivers finally turned things on. Jimmie Johnson, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Alex Bowman completed the top five in order, all three logging their best finishes of the season. See where your driver finished.

Next up, is the Toyota Owners 400 Saturday night at Richmond Raceway. Coverage begins at 4:30 PM on FM100.1 and 1140 AM KXRB.
