It's hard to believe that most high school students won't have the opportunity to experience the excitement of prom by wearing that fancy ballgown or classic tuxedo.  However, one photographer wants to use her passion and talents to support these students and create somewhat of a memory for them.

Dakota News Now is reporting that the owner of Joy by Jenica Photography, Jenica Haas is offering free prom photos this Saturday in Colton from 9 A.M. until 6 P.M.  High school students can register for a complimentary15-minute photo session to have their pictures taken while decked out in their prom attire.  In order to comply with social distancing guidelines, Jenica tells Dakota News Now that she is “not allowing more than two students at one time and I have to have both parent’s permission, just to ensure safety during the uncertainty of all of this.”

Jenica says she remembers her prom night and how truly special it was for her.  She doesn't want high school students to totally miss this momentous occasion.

Jenica only has a few spots left for individuals wishing to have their photos taken this Saturday.  Parents can contact Jenica by messaging Joy by Jenica Photography on Facebook or by calling (605)-595-3844.
