A Sioux Falls man has been arrested in connection with a suspicious death in the east side of Sioux Falls over the weekend. At Wednesday's police briefing, Sioux Falls Police said Robert Bass, 22, of Sioux Falls was arrested for killing 50-year-old Crescencio Conde-Vargas with a baseball bat.
